Yesterday's calories:
1652 in (16% carb, 27% fat, 57%  protein)
3077 out
46% deficit (and low/no carb days suck!!!)

Today's training:

Morning walk 3.2 miles, 34 minutes with Ellie

Chest/back:

DB inclines 10x10 superset with
Low rows    10x10 (30 seconds rest)

flyes:             3x12 superset with
pulldowns:    3x12 (30 second rest)

Giant set:

Reverse crunch x 20
side plank  40 sec. each side
plank         60 seconds
vacuum     30 seconds.

Evening walk 3.2 miles

All in all happy! Bumped inclines by 25% in my third workout and pulldowns by almost 30% and just barely finished them, so it's all good.
