flyes: 3x12 superset with
pulldowns: 3x12 (30 second rest)
Giant set:
Reverse crunch x 20
side plank 40 sec. each side
plank 60 seconds
vacuum 30 seconds.
Evening walk 3.2 miles
All in all happy! Bumped inclines by 25% in my third workout and pulldowns by almost 30% and just barely finished them, so it's all good.
