No cardio (I'm making myself do this. I think I'm addicted...)

Weights:  Legs

Squat        4x8
Quaddie:  4x8
Lunge      3x15

Seated calf:   6x8
Standing:      4x10

And that was enough to thoroughly wreck the wheels today!
